I wanted the lyrics tofeel universal, so that anyone listening could find something to relate to.”The new EP comes around three years after she released her debut solo EP, ‘My’. That EP scored a four-star review from NME, withRhian Daly writing: “A record that ignores current trends and instead opts for what suits its creator best, Miyeon’s debut solorelease is an incredibly promising first glimpse at what she’s capable of outside (G)I-DLE. Like the flowers she sings of on‘Rose’, ‘My’ finds the singer beginning to bloom and with even brighter days ahead of her yet.”The post i-dle’s Miyeon shares evocative sophomore EP ‘MY, Lover’ appeared first on NME.
