These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of KpopAngel and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services without parental consent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, designs, and overall look and feel, are owned by KpopAngel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may access and use the Services and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.

4. User-Generated Content

The Services may allow you to submit, post, or share content, such as comments, reactions, or profile information ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant KpopAngel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and otherwise use such content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. We may remove or moderate User-Generated Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, content, or services (including social media platforms, streaming services, or news sources). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

The content provided through the Services is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to us for use of the Services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that the courts located in Illinois, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
