On June 29, BRANDNEW MUSIC and Para Music, who both manage fourth generation boy group, YOUNITE, announced that member Lee Eunsang will be leaving the group.
In official statements from both labels, they thanked fans for all of their support given to Eunsang, who had been on hiatus since May 2025 due to health reasons. Both agencies also further explained that after a deep discussion between Para Music, Eunsang himself, and the members of YOUNITE, YOUNITE will continue on as seven-member group and Eunsang would be leaving the group, but will continue on as a solo artist under BRANDNEW MUSIC.
On August 31, 2020, Eunsang made his official solo debut with single album and lead single of the same name. "Beautiful Scar." One year later on September 1, 2021 Eunsang returned with second single album titled "Beautiful Sunshine" and its lead single, "Lemonade."
Eunsang then officially went on to debut as an official member of YOUNITE on April 20, 2022.
No further information has been announced regarding Eunsang's solo activities, but we are wishing him nothing but the absolute best on this new chapter in his career!
