The K-pop icons will share their 7th mini-album ‘The Sin: Vanish’ on January 16.
It follows their last mini-album, ‘Desire: Unleash’, which was released in June and includes ‘Flashover’, ‘Outside’, ‘Helium’, ‘Too Close’ and the English and Korean versions of ‘Loose’. The EP also includes an English version of ‘Bad Desire (With or Without You)’.
‘The Sin: Vanish’ will see the group launch a new series titled ‘The Sin’, which, per a press release, marks the beginning of a new narrative arc within the fictional universe they’ve created through their music.
Exploring the theme of sin, the album “explores an absolute taboo condemned by the
vampire society” and follows two lovers “forced into exile to protect their bond, where desire, sacrifice, and forbidden choices collide”.

The K-pop group – who graced the cover of NME back in July 2023 – made their London debut earlier this year, where they took the time to speak with us about their sold-out ‘Walk The Line’ tour.
“I think we had the best time we could possibly imagine. The energy was just incredible. It’s our first time being in London and doing our own concert, so we kind of didn’t know what to expect from the fans and the crowds, but they were more than expected. They were so energetic,” said Jake when asked how they found the London gig that took place the night before.
Jungwon added: “Anything that’s a first is always exciting, so we’re even more excited for this European tour. We just wrapped up a huge dome and stadium tour before coming to the U.S. and Europe. Because of that, I feel like we can have even more fun on stage this time. We’ve really honed our skills and learned to enjoy performing even more. I hope Engenes in Europe can feel how much we’ve grown.”
In other news, the group recently shared a tender cover of Justin Bieber‘s ‘Mistletoe’ as part of Apple Music’s ‘Carols Covered’ collection, in which musicians cover Christmas carols and other classic holiday songs.
Their track ‘Helium’ landed at Number 17 in NME‘s roundup of the 25 Best K-Pop Songs of 2025, with an entry reading: “With its uplifting alt-rock sound, ‘Helium’ translates the lightheaded, dizzy feeling of being in love and believing anything is possible. The softness of ENHYPEN’s voices and lyrics contrasts with gritty guitar riffs and heavier beats, giving the track a bittersweet, cinematic feel. Much like love, ‘Helium’ makes you feel larger than life.”
