It started with the creator with the name as "Never Grow Old" approaches pedestrians and testing them if they recognize his identity by asking "Pwede po magtanong?" (Can I ask a question?) followed by "Kilala niyo ba ako?" (Do you know me?). People who do not recognize them usually get ₱1,000, while those who recognize and follow them receive ₱2,000.
