McDonald’s has revealed a new menu made in collaboration with KPop Demon Hunters.
The Netflix hit has inspired a limited-time menu, with items inspired by the Oscar-winning animation about a K-Pop girl group who are also demon hunters. There will also be limited edition photocards included.
The menu includes a breakfast meal inspired by The Saja Boys, the rivals of girl band Huntr/X
. It includes the Spicy Saja McMuffin – a sausage and egg McMuffin with “spicy Saja Sauce”. During lunch and dinner, the Huntr/x
Meal includes 10 Chicken McNuggets, Ramyeon McShaker Fries, with soy, garlic, and sesame seasoning flavours, and a drink.

A Derpy McFlurry, themed after the lovable supernatural feline from the film, will feature ice cream with berry popping pearls and wild berry sauce. Collectable card packs are included, with pictures of either HUNTR/X
or the Saja Boys. The Derpy access card, also included in the photocard pack, unlocks digital content on the McDonald’s app.
The menu will be available from March 31 in the US, no news as to whether the menu will be available in the UK has emerged.
The promotion is similar to collaborations the fast food chain has done with films and TV shows in recent years, including a Grinch-themed Christmas menu and a range of food themed after the sitcom Friends.
KPop Demons Hunters is the most-watched film in Netflix history, and has won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song (“Golden”) at both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. A sequel is currently in development.
Recently, Netflix were reported to be in talks to launch a world music tour based on the popularity of the movie, with the proposed show stopping in dozens of major cities in arenas holding between 10,000 and 20,000 fans. Talks are ongoing, and as of yet, nothing official has been confirmed.
