Whether the September 8 release comes in the form of a full-length album, or an EP remains to be seen, but it will mark their first material since 2022’s ‘Yummy Yummy Love’ with Dominican singer Natti Natasha

The six-piece confirmed they would disband in February 2023, after all six left longtime label MLD Entertainment. At the time, the girl group’s members took to their personal Instagram profile with identical letters announcing MOMOLAND’s disbandment after seven years together.

On April 10 this year, a representative of Korean entertainment agency Inyeon Entertainment announced in a statement to OSEN News that it had signed exclusive contracts with Hyebin, Jane, Nayun, JooE, Ahin and Nancy – the final six members of MOMOLAND before they broke up – for what the company called “group activities”.

MOMOLAND were originally formed in 2016 though reality TV show Finding MOMOLAND, before making their debut in 2017. Past members Yeonwoo and Taeha left the band in 2019, while Daisy later departed the group in 2020 before claiming she was “fired” from MOMOLAND.
