Rakuten Viki Is Celebrating Its 4th Annual K-Drama Day

Rakuten Viki, one of the leading Asian entertainment platforms, is honoring the global fandom and growing popularity of Korean entertainment through its annual K-Drama Day.

Sam Wu, CEO of Viki, said: "Fans have always been at the heart of Viki. K-Drama Day is our tribute to the incredible passion of this global community." The event will run from September 25 to October 1, 2026. The whole week is lined up with exciting prizes, exclusive conversations, fan voting, and temporary free shows.

Viki will make 10 of its popular dramas free throughout the week in the US and select regions. These include: Spirit Fingers, To My Beloved Thief, Positively Yours, IDOL I, Last Summer, Love Me, Ms. Incognito, A Bona Fide Killer, First Lady, and The Scarecrow.

Fans also have a chance to vote for their favorite show to be featured on a billboard. Voting will be open from September 14-21. The winner will be announced on September 25, and the billboards will be displayed shortly after in the US and select markets.

As part of the celebration, fans can look forward to plenty of exciting and exclusive K-entertainment content. This includes sit-downs with Yoo Jong Ho, director of A Bona Fide Killer, and So Jaehyun, director of Dive Into You, along with an exclusive conversation with Our Universe star Bae In Hyuk. A video compilation of shoutouts from Park Ji Hoon, Hyeri, Hwang In Youp, Choi Soo Young, Kang Tae Oh, Kim Se Jeong, and Kong Hyo Jin is also on the way.

Viki's newest show Dive Into You, which stars Kim Ji Yeon, Park Seo Ham, Jang Se Hyuk, and Moon Seung You, will also get its own cast chat.
