She’s also released a music video for lead single ‘Shoot (Firecracker)’. The video sees Chaeyoung in a myriad of strange settings, including being sandwiched between a number of mattresses, frolicking through a garden that looks like something out of Alice In Wonderland, rooms with gigantic desserts and more.

Chaeyoung’s solo debut now makes her the fourth member of TWICE to release solo material, following in the footsteps of Nayeon, Jihyo and Tzuyu – members Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina and Dahyun have yet to announce any plans to explore a solo career.
As for TWICE, the group most recently released the single ‘Superstars’ with rapper Saweetie in early August. The collaboration with Saweetie came shortly after the group made their comeback in July with their fourth South Korean album ‘This Is For’. Speaking to NME in July, the group teased that they’re already “preparing something for the next chapter” of their careers.
As for the album itself, they told us: “With each album, we try to reinvent ourselves. We try to show a different side of ourselves. This is our first full-length album in a long time, so we aimed to be as sonically diverse as possible. [As part of that effort], we divided into many different units to sing the songs, and I think that’ll really benefit the performances.”
They’ve since announced the first leg of their upcoming 2025 world tour, which currently includes numerous stops across Asia and Australia. More tour dates for North America and Europe are expected to be revealed soon.
