* In its arguments, the company alleged that the members of NewJeans had signed a contract with Cayman Island-based company AAO, and that while other members sought to sort out the double-contract upon returning to Ador, Danielle did not bring the matter up.
* Regarding Min, Ador presented evidence of the former CEO allegedly organizing and encouraging members to terminate their contracts. It also elaborated her role in the group’s March 2025 performance at ComplexCon in Hong Kong.

* Rescene × About group RESCENE RESCENE (리센느) is a five-member girl group under THE MUZE Entertainment consisting of WONI, LIV, MINAMI, MAY, and ZENA. The group was formed through the survival program &AUDITION - The Howling and officially debuted on December 7, 2022, with the mini album First Howling : ME. &TEAM promotes primarily in Japan while maintaining a strong international K-pop presence.
