HYBE Japan’s &TEAM announce first Korean mini-album ‘Back To Life’

HYBE Japan’s global group &TEAM has announced their first-ever Korean language mini-album, ‘Back To Life’ – find out more below.

The nine-member boy band, formed in 2022, is currently celebrating their third anniversary as a group. To mark the occasion, &TEAM has revealed that they will be releasing a new EP, ‘Back To Life,’ on October 28.

The mini-album will feature the group singing entirely in Korean for the first time. The EP will be available for pre-order in various formats and versions – more details can be found here. Additional information, including the tracklist and single release dates, has yet to be announced.

To date, &TEAM has released two studio albums and two mini-albums. The albums ‘First Howling: Now’ and ‘Yukiakari’ were released in November 2023 and December 2024, respectively. As for the EPs, they released ‘First Howling: Me’ and ‘First Howling: We’ in December 2022 and June 2023, respectively.

&TEAM is one of several global groups under the HYBE roster, which also includes KATSEYE. HYBE x Geffen recently announced the formation of a new group that includes three former contestants from Popstar Dream Academy: KATSEYE.

HYBE and Geffen are currently hosting auditions for the fourth and final member of the upcoming group. This member will be selected through an elimination-based competition, similar to Dream Academy.

The competition series, titled World Scout: The Final Piece, will take place in Japan and will begin streaming in early 2026. Audition applications can be submitted here until September 22.
