AOA’s Jimin, Seolhyun, and Hyejeong Reunite at Former Member Chanmi’s Wedding

“When Jimin arrived, both I and my mother burst into tears,” said actress Lim Do Hwa, formerly known as Chanmi of AOA, during her recent wedding ceremony. The special event, which aired on TV Chosun’s variety show “Lovers of Joseon” (조선의 사랑꾼), became even more touching as former AOA members reunited to celebrate her big day.

On August 18, fans were treated to an emotional scene as Jimin, Seolhyun, and Hyejeong gathered to support the group’s youngest member, now embarking on a new chapter under her real name, Lim Do Hwa. The reunion stirred nostalgia among long-time fans who fondly remember AOA’s heyday in the 2010s.

Jimin’s presence was particularly significant, not only for Do Hwa but also for her mother, who recalled how well her late husband had treated AOA members in the past. The gathering marked a heartfelt moment of reflection, warmth, and sisterhood.

Adding to the joy, Lim Do Hwa’s younger sibling performed AOA’s hit song “Heart Attack” (심쿵해) as a surprise congratulatory stage, bringing laughter and memories flooding back to everyone present.
