The mini-album revolves around the concept of the ambiguous line between dreams and reality.

The title track of the album is 12 o'clock. In the music video released at the same time as the mini-album, JEONGHAN and JOSHUA are transferred from one area to another through snake-like tubes. According to JEONGHAN himself on the countdown livestream for the album release, the snake is supposed to represent ouroboros, an ancient symbol depicting a snake eating its own tail. This likely represents an eternal cycle of traversing between dreams and reality.
